At Heronsgate Capital, we are proud signatories of the Women in Finance Charter, a commitment that drives positive change within the financial services industry. Our dedication to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace is unwavering.

Our Achievements and Ambitions

As of September 2025, we have 42% female representation in senior management. We recognise that our relatively small scale means that individual staffing changes can make a meaningful difference to our achievement of targets. We highly value staff retention and are committed to individual career development, both of which can make achievement of targets a challenging task in the absence of significant growth. Nevertheless, we want to maintain our commitment to gender diversity and our momentum in this area, and therefore we are now adopting a target of 45% female representation in senior leadership roles by 2028.

We also want to acknowledge for the first time, the importance of working towards gender parity across the entire business. 25% of Heronsgate staff outside senior leadership roles are female, and we will therefore adopt a new target of 33% female representation in these wider roles over the same period.

These targets reflect both our ambition as well as our recognition that progress must be sustained and embedded across the business, whilst ensuring that opportunities for career growth and responsibility remain available for all, regardless of gender
